The Dorn Method
The Dorn Method is a gentle and safe manual complementary therapy focusing on the cause of back and joint pain in people of all ages. It is used to correct misalignments of the spine and other joints, targeting common health problems including -back pain, neck pain, headaches, joint problems such as hip, knee, shoulder, elbow, ankle, jaw, leg length difference and sciatica.
This is then followed by a lovely spinal massage ,stretching and nourishing the spine with special oil to finish the treatment.
The Breuss massage can also be offered as a treatment in it’s own right. This treatment is very relaxing and rejuvenating.
