Thai Massage uses stretching movements and gentle pressure to increase flexibility, ease out pockets of built up tension, to massage the intern organs and increase the flow of energy through the body system. The releasing and healing energy of this practice is both deeply relaxing and invigorating at the same time.
Thai Massage includes elements of other natural healing techniques such as Shiatsu, Acupressure and Yoga.
The environment that Thai Massage is performed in, is usually very gentle and allows the client to feel comfortable and relaxed to let go of themselves emotionally as well as physically.
Thai massage creates a deeply rewarding experiences as it brings the mind, body, spirit and emotions in sync and present. People of all ages and health status are encouraged to partake in Thai Massage. Sessions usually run for one to two hours on a low mat or flat massage bed. Individuals wear loose clothing, no oils are used during massage.
