If you have come this far to reach my webpage, I want to welcome you because it might mean that you are searching to make a change in your life. Perhaps you are ready to give yourself the support of a safe space within which you can begin to open up to yourself and resolve what it is that is causing your pain.

Working within the Gestalt approach means working with Presence.
The state of Presence brings you into the here and now moment.


Coming to Psychotherapy means that you want some kind of change in your life. You want to end some particular or diffused suffering that is occurring right now, and overcome its cause.

How do I work?

I have worked with people for over 25 years and I hope to help you to come to a greater inner awareness of yourself so that you will be able to find the answers you need and implement those changes inside yourself that bring you to a more connected and fulfilled existence.

I will use my skills to help you express what is aggrieving you and in that self expression, uncensored, you might find new insights about your condition and into your truth. I will give you feedback on what I notice about the themes that you bring which hopefully will open up new perspectives for you and broaden your scope of handling your issues and your life. I will guide you also to connect better with your emotions, help you let them speak for themselves rather than analysing them, I work with the awareness of your body and your relationship to your body.

What happens in a session?

In the therapy session you will be gently guided into experiencing yourself in the present moment. This will facilitate your contacting yourself in such a personal way that it will enable you to feel, sense and cognize yourself in new ways. You will 'know' yourself more completely. And this knowing will help you make new and better choices for yourself. Anything that stands in the way of that will be addressed.
