The holistic concept of massage is a type of bodywork that aims to balance the human am all its aspects: physical, energetic, mind, spirit and connection with the divine, with the universe. And a massage that besides the physical part inherent to the touch, is also a very large energy component.
Physically, its benefits are relaxation and toning of muscles, stimulating the flow of venous blood, the increase in hemoglobin level, encouraging the flow lynfatico and stretching the connective tissue of joints.
Holistic massage relieves the mental stress level and anxiety and helpsone to be more aware of one's body.
Swedish Massage
Swedish massage technique uses very relaxing massage movements to stimulate vigorous circulation of the body and allow the drainage lymphatic channels
Massage without Hands
Massage without hands is of the most powerful methods of releasing the tension in the hips and spine neck. This massage uses the force of arms the body and cause a relaxation massage to the client.
Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
