About Us
I offer a range of treatments perfect for everyone. Sports Injury massage benefits a range of conditions whether you are a sports enthusiast or not. Eases muscular pain and tension, improves and restores a normal range of motion. Can help with the following conditions: repetitive stress injury, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, lower back pain, postural problems. Treatment involves a deep massage and incorporates postural advice, stretches and post care advice.
Massage: Swedish massage is a firm but gentle massage, perfect for relaxation. Can also be combined with therapeutic basalt hot stones to provide an even deeper massage, increasing circulation, alleviating aches and pains. Indian head massage is seated, clothed massage and is massage to the upper back, arms, neck, face and head.
Reflexology involves foot and lower leg massage. Being holistic it rebalances the body, and works on the premise that all organs and areas of the body are mirrored by reflex points on the feet. Reiki is hands on healing, and focuses on the chakras (energy wheels) of the body.
Life Coaching involves goal setting, and the coach provides advice and guidance, as well as being a source of motivation. Great for those of you who wish to make changes, and make this year your best yet!
