Bamboo Retreat is committed to healing and relaxing the mind, body and spirit of all clients. Whether it is a holistic treatment to rebalance your energy fields, or time out to relax and release tension, Bamboo Retreat can offer all these and tailor make treatments specifically for you.
Bamboo Retreat also runs courses and workshops in Reiki (all three degrees), Crystals and Psychic Development.

About the Therapist - Karen Jackson
I believe strongly in the use of holistic therapies for both emotional and physical problems.
I am ITEC qualified and a full member of the NO HANDS Massage association, and no treatment shall ever be started without a full consultation.
I am also a Reiki Master and take courses in Reiki and am a YogaBugs teacher and am qualified to teach yoga to children. I currently teach afterschool clubs and will update any new classes on the website.
I am very keen to tailor treatments for the Individual, as everybody likes and needs different aspects of holistic therapies.
I have learnt many techniques to enable people to heal and move forward in their lives and am committed to always learning more for my clients and students.
