Welcome to Inspiring Fitness

As an Inspiring Fitness® personal trainer, my aim is to provide you with outstanding personal training service at your home, the gym, outdoors or place of work.

Personal training with me guarantees results, be it weight loss, improved fitness, a change of diet, or simply being fit for life.

Whatever your fitness goal my personal training will guarantee results in the inspiring way.

As part of all my programmes, I incorporate Corrective Exercise to correct muscle imbalances, postural distortions and impaired function by activating dormant muscles and lengthening tight muscles, eliminating pain and preventing future injury.




Scott Walker

I am a masters qualified Personal Trainer who has worked successfully with all types of clients, from those trying to start exercising regularly to elite athletes who need help to take them to the next level. I educate my clients on how to achieve their goals and help them do so in the most efficient manner.

Alongside my programmes, I offer strong Nutritional advice which can help with attaining your goals. I will help you change your current activity and food habits to make you achieve the body type and performance levels that you desire.

How will I help you get you results!

Your Inspiring Fitness personal trainer will help you get more out of exercise in a number of ways.

We make sure you do the exercise you’ve signed up for! There’s no escaping us: we will contact you before your
session to remind you we’re coming, and will stay in touch between sessions to give you a nudge in the right direction!

VVe will motivate you to work harder during each session.
Estimates suggest that the average 55 minute personal train session burns 50% more calories than the same time spent in the gym. That’s because we’re next to you throughout, making sure you’re not easing off’ e will help you to exercise safely — and more efficiently.

We will advise you on exercise technique, minimising the risk of pulled muscles or those horrible aches the next day. What's more, this is technical advice means you can get more out of each exercise: 10 proper press-ups are much more useful for toning and fitness than 50 bad ones’

We will ensure you get a full—body workout — in only I square metre of space. Whether it’s your living room, your kitchen,
the hallway or your garden, we only need a tiny space to your adrenaline running.

We will make exercise enjoyable. The greatest motivation of all I or exercise is that it’s good fun! We do everything’ can to make each session enjoyable, using a range of different exercises and equipment, to ensure you get that warm glow of satisfaction that comes with a good workout.
