Swedish Body Massage
£40 (1 hr) or £25 (1/2 hr)
In Sweden, "Swedish massage" is simply known as "classic massage". And that is exactly what it is -- a classic treatment which represents the western standard for massage. The five main techniques used in Swedish massage -- stroking and gliding; kneading; rubbing; tapping or pounding; vibration -- are probably what spring to mind when you think about a "typical" massage.
Indian Head Massage
£25(40 mins)
Indian head massage is a relaxing holistic treatment that uses acupressure massage on the head, face, neck and shoulders. It aims to rebalance your body's energies by promoting relaxation and relieving stress.
Hot Stone Massage
£50 (1 hr) or £35 (1/2 hr)
Hot stone massage uses soothing oils, warm basalt and sometimes cold marble stones to relax your muscles, allowing for a deeper and more intense all-over massage.
Sport Massage
£46 (1 hr) or £23 (1/2 hr)
Sports massage uses a variety of pressure (often deeper, more intense and focused than in conventional massage) to speed up an athlete's recovery time and help prevent injury.
Reiki
£20 (1hr)
Reiki is an ancient Japanese belief-related therapy. Your therapist lightly places their hands on, or just above, your body in order to influence the flow of qi (life energy) through your body.

Welcome! I'm Hollie Payne. Here is the inside scoop about me. I'm a holistic massage therapist and I'm passionate about you and the ways you manage your personal well being. After being diagnosed with chronic kidney disease in 2005 I have come to release how important it is to not only to look after your body but your emotional well being as well. That's what I and Zenergy are all about helping you to make the most of your down time so that you can function at your best, not only when your feel good but through some of your most stressful times as well.
Why I know some stuff.
I have been a practising holistic massage therapist for 10 years. ( I know what your thinking I don't look old enough) and have lots of qualifications to show for it. I received holistic therapy my self during the first few years of being treated for CKD and personally have experienced the benefits of regular massage therapy having a positive effect on my life. From reducing swelling to supporting immune system and helping feel calm after pain full medical treatment. But that's not all. In 2012 I got the opportunity to work with the Jonathan Bester Project who where the official team that provided sports massage to the worlds media during the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. I hold this experience has one of the most beloved highlight of my career. Not only by helping the stressed out media stuff and sore shouldered camera men, but by meeting some other great professional in my field who are still my good friends today.
Fun fact about me. I'm a rugby nut! Playing for the Brockleians 'Ravens' ladies team at New Eltham.
