Teacher

I have practised yoga for more than 9 years and been teaching now for nearly 4 years, with Teacher Trainer Tony Fogden became in 2011 a certified British Wheel Instructor. My BA hons in Performing Arts and Music has led me to always develop my creativity, exploration and variation within classes.

As a Yoga Teacher I have been fortunate to experience some fantastic professionals in Yoga and holistic health: In yoga, Colin Dunsmuir, Diane Long, Sophy Hoare and in Mind Body Centering: Evelyn Freebury who have all inspired my teaching. I was drawn to healing from a young age and recently was very privileged to receive Reiki 1 with Monica Dobbie, a Reiki Master. As an Opera Singer I am very lucky to be trained by the wonderful International Soprano and the Director of the National Opera Studio, Kathryn Harries and overjoyed that my journey in Opera took me in 2011 to perform in Italy with Internationally renowned Mezzo Soprano Fiorenza Cossotto, Solo rectial in France and back here in Opera at Longborough Festival Opera too.

As a Yoga Teacher, I wish to inspire students to use yoga as a pathway to release the mind and body from the tensions of daily life helping them to become stronger, energised, flexible, feel healthier and have more understanding of their mind and body.

As an aspiring artist and on the pathway to become someone who “lives” what they want to facilitate in others, yoga has empowered “me” to be able to change the way I move, breathe and think yet ever evolving mind, body and spirit where for me, “everything is possible”.

Yoga can bring relief from ailments including Lethargy, Insomnia, M.E, Fibro Mialgia, Stress, Asthma and Depression.

The YOGA Room, Old Coghurst Farm, Westfield/Three Oaks

Beautiful, therapy room, lit with candles and relaxing music playing to create the perfect atmosphere for tranquility

Parking is limited near the venue so please feel free to call to get details

The venue are in nice clean, warm and spacious venues with free on site parking. Classes will be accompanied by relaxing music some weeks.

Yoga mat and yourself! (You can also borrow a mat if needed.)
