I have been practising Reiki since 2002 and became a Reiki Master Teacher in 2015, alongside this I have over 10 years experience coaching people from all walks of life. Reiki and Life Coaching interlink beautifully; they both enable you to make contact with your deeper self, aiding perspective and contentment.
Reiki is a subtle, yet effective healing energy that works by balancing all aspects of you- body, mind, emotions and spirit. It promotes your body’s own natural ability to heal and aims to restore homeostasis (whole-body balance).
As you become more balanced symptoms soften and you are better able to address any stressors in your life. Reiki not only aids physical ailments, it can also be helpful for developing personal awareness and growth.
Reiki is first and foremost a self care practice. Healing starts with self. When we are experiencing optimal well-being we are able to extend it to others. My Reiki teaching philosophy is centred around empowerment. I embrace the saying, “If you give a man a fish you’ll feed him for a day, teach him how to fish and he’s fed for life.”
My Reiki practice involves daily self treatments and using the Reiki principles as a way of life, leading to wonderful results. Sharing Reiki with others is a privilege for me, it would be my pleasure to share your Reiki journey with you.
Reiki treatment- 45 minutes to an hour is £30 (discounts for block bookings)
Reiki 1st Degree is £90

Coaching with HNLP
Traditional Life Coaching is a partnership to facilitate learning and development. HNLP goes further to heal the root cause of issues hindering change and progress.
Coaching is a journey of self discovery. It is looking together at where you are now, where you would like to be and options for moving forwards. Coaching taps into your inherent potential to find solutions and will assist you by raising self awareness and to rediscover your talents and strengths. Life Coaching usually works on the conscious level. Life Coaching with HNLP coaches the unconscious or subconscious mind which has deeper and longer lasting results.
HNLP Coaching session £50 per hour (discounts for block bookings)
My practice is based in Bedlington at The Light Well Being Centre.
