Two in One - Susan offers a combination of two of her treatments each session. These are usually decided on after consultation, taking into account what physical or emotional blocks you are presenting on the day. For example if a client came who was suffering with sinus problems and this was disturbing their sleep I would probably suggest a full Reflexology to release any blockages in the nasal area with a taster of Reiki for relaxation.
Her background is in residential social work. She has drawn on her years of experience with adults with learning and physical disabilities and now offers her unique and person centered service to clients in both local authority and private care homes. She offers a mobile service, has an up to date CRB check and is a member of Federation of Holistic Therapists.

What we offer is rather unique - We can come to your home if you host a party.
Your friends have a wider range of therapies to choose from as there are three of us. If the host has more than 6 then the host gets free.
Its £25 per person. What makes it unique is at the end of the evening we ask the participants to make a wish for wellness in the wishing well we bring along. This wish can be for themselves, family, friend, pet or planet. We also offer well being days to corporate establishments where we host a well being day where there staff can sample taster sessions of what we offer. - Reiki

REIKI
Reiki is universal life force energy that flows through the practitioner in the form of heat from their hands. Reiki works on a physical, emotional and spiritual level, bringing a great sense of relaxation and deep healing to the individual. A great deal of dis-ease is caused by blocked emotion that we store in our energy system. Reiki helps to realise these blockages in a very gentle yet very powerful way, enabling us to continue on our own particular journey with a greater sense of self. Reiki is a hands on or above , non evasisve therapy that you can receive either lying down on a massage table or sitting in a chair.

METAMORPHIC TECHNIQUE
The Metamorphic technique is very gentle touch on spinal reflexes of foot, hands and head.
It is not a therapy, there are no counselling skills, energy work, or guided spiritual work involved. It quite simply releases our own life force energy which knows better than anything what is good for us. It relates to our womb time and helps us to reach the potential we were at conception, before any conditioning or socialising took place.
I am a practitioner and have been since October. I practised at Findhorn new age community in the north of scotland with Elizabeth Harley.
