Swedish Body Massage
Full body treatment that stimulates circulation helping to ease muscular aches and pains and give a general sense of health and well-being. Treatment can be deeply stimulating or gently relaxing as you require. Ideal after sports activities or simply to relax.
Aromatherapy
Excellent for tension and stress, this is a full body and face massage using individually chosen and blended essential oils tailored to your needs following a full consultation. Aromatherapy is a gentle but deeply relaxing treatment that can assist with both physical and emotional areas.
Tsuboki Facial Massage
This oriental treatment has relaxation and facelift properties and affects the whole body by gentle tapping and massage on the energy lines over face and scalp. This is a face and neck treatment and you can remain dressed throughout.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage
A full body treatment, aimed to move lymph fluids around the body so that toxins can be naturally eliminated giving a feeling of well being.
Hot Stone Massage
A full body treatment. Warm basalt stones are placed on the spine. Further stones are then massaged over the rest of the body gradually warming and relaxing muscles. A lovely Winter warmer.
Hopi Ear Candles (Thermo-Auricular Candling)
A gentle and deeply relaxing ear treatment using traditional hollow linen tubes infused with beeswax. Benefits may include improvement of congestion, balancing of pressures within the ear and removal of excess ear wax.
