I am an Energist and all my work with clients really centres around clearing energy blocks to health, happiness and success.
About Me
I work to bring the mind, body & spirit triad into balance & harmony. Everyone needs help from time to time to get on track or to get their sparkle back & my aim is to help my clients 'be the best they can be'.
I work with individual clients in hourly or 90 minute sessions & a typical session may include all of the tools listed below, depending on the individual. I also hold weekly 'Energy Healing Workshops' - often with small groups to enable us to clear energy blocks & work on whatever is holding back the participants and preventing them from leading the lives they want to lead. The central learning tool for the workshops is EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique. I also hold weekend retreats in a lovely beach house on the Isle of Sheppey several times a year.
I work from my Practice @ Shooters Hill, London SE18 and also from the Isle of Sheppey. I am willing to work with corporate clients at their place of work if time prevents them from coming to me but this does incur extra costs for time & travel.

£75 for 90 minute sessions and £50 per hour

I am a member of the Metaphysical Society for the Expansion of Consciousness and I am also one of their qualified Holistic Counsellors. I am a member of the Guild of Energists and a qualified Master Energy EFT Practitioner. I am a qualified Reiki Healer.
