Welcome to The Health EffectI am offering half price initial consultations at £25 throughout May, June and July 2010 from Hove Therapy Centre, on MONDAY mornings.
Nutritional consultations last between an hour to 1.5 hours. In this time I will take a comprehensive case history and ask you about the health related problems you are experiencing. Next we will work through a nutritional treatment protocol together, to address the problems at their root cause. My treatments always include naturopathic dietary advice, and supplementation and biological testing where needed.
I also carry out a basic iridology analysis in the initial consultation which can enable me to see any areas of weakness in the body which I can help you to strengthen.
During May, June and July I am also giving my clients a free gift of a 10ml flower remedy made up specifically for you at the consultation. Flower Essences are a great way to help balance our mental state of being, soothing the mind and healing negative emotions.

I am a Brighton and Hove based qualified Nutritional Therapist and Naturopath, graduating from the College Of Naturopathic Medicine in 2009.
I have always had a strong interest in science and nutrition for many years, studying for a degree in Human Biology at Brighton University in 1997.
After becoming a mother and being overwhelmed by the amount of controversial information on children's health, I wanted to further my food knowledge and specialise in the area of nutrition.
I believe in treating the whole person in my consultations .This is because every person is individual and will present with a set of symptoms that is specific to them, while another person may have the same health condition but will produce a different set ofsymptoms. While it is important to address the symptoms, my aim is to find the root cause of all the problems and help balance both sides of the equation. My treatments are thorough and professional, using food, supplements and naturopathic techniques to enable you to achieve your best health.
