We are established therapists in Massage, Kinesiology, Life Coaching, Hypnotherapy and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and more, so we can help with:
Physical: pain, IBS, migraine, MS, food intolerances, asthma, allergies etc.
Emotional: panic attacks, claustrophobia, worry, stress, anger, feeling inadequate, anxiety, depressed.
Spiritual: feelings of loss, not connected, on a downward spiral with seemingly no-where to turn.
We are based in Alness and we are able to cover a 25 mile radius if necessary. We also see clients in Dingwall.
Remedial massage - effective for most aches and pains in the body.
Kinesiology - helps balance the body to deal with past issues that get in the way of the present. To help build for a brighter future. Kinesiology has far too many applications to name here. If you have tried everything else without the success you were expecting, Kinesiology may hold the key. There is no necessity to bare your soul with Kinesiology. Your thoughts and feelings are your own, if you are more comfortable with that.
Healing - If you prefer not to touched, there is always healing. This can help with anything. Its main advantage is that it instills a feel-good factor which is necessary for any type of healing to occur. It is then up the person receiving the healing to allow the process.
Life Coaching - is very goal orientated. If you really want to shift gear and move along at a pace, then Life Coaching is for you. You are embarking on a course over a period of time after the first session, which is free.
