About nutritional therapy
Nutritional therapy is a holistic, evidence-based practice that examines all the systems of the body in an integrated way to identify and address the root cause of any issues, help restore balance and stimulate the body’s natural healing processes.

Caroline will conduct a review of your health history, diet and lifestyle to:
  • Understand any underlying issues that may need to be addressed
  • Explain how different aspects of your diet and lifestyle may be affecting your health and advise relevant changes
  • Provide recommendations on validated testing and safe supplementation

Who can benefit?
Nutritional therapy can help whatever your age, gender or health status. It aims to provide you with knowledge about what you eat and the impact it has on your health in order to empower you to make more informed decisions about food for the rest of your life.

Caroline will work with you to:
  • Develop a nutrition and lifestyle programme to help you meet your goals
  • Negotiate changes with you that suits your palate and wallet, and are realistic and sustainable
  • Listen to your needs and support you to make change at a pace that’s right for you
Everyone can benefit from a nutritional therapy session whether you just need a quick check to see if you are on the right dietary track, or if you need more in-depth support for a particular health issue or life-stage. The right dietary and lifestyle choices can influence our:
  • Sporting performance
  • Weight
  • Gut health and digestion
  • Hormonal balance
  • Pre-conceptual, pregnancy and post-natal health
  • Stress, energy and sleep
  • Immunity
  • Inflammatory conditions
  • Skin health
  • Mental health
  • Cardiovascular health
  • Disease risk
Caroline advises clients with a wide range of needs and conditions, but has a particular interest in gut health and its broad reaching impact on our overall health and well-being.

REMEMBER, diet and lifestyle changes do not need to be dramatic to be effective, even a few small changes may deliver significant benefit and it is more often a case of finding balance among the foods you already eat.
