About Us
Our Practice
We have a team of highly qualified and experienced practitioners offering Podiatry/Chiropody, Osteopathy, Cranial Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy, Reflexology, Reiki and Indian Head Massage.
We offer flexible appointment times, private consultation rooms, with parking on the residential street where the clinic is. We are conveniently located within walking distance of Loughton Underground Station and have bus stops in close proximity of the Clinic.
We also have access and amenities for customers with disabilities and those who require wheelchair access including car parking space in front of the clinic.

Our Services
Podiatry/Chiropody
Our Podiatrists are highly qualified and able to diagnose and treat most problems associated with the lower limbs and feet. They are HPC Registered and members of the Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists.
As well as routine appointments some of the conditions we treat and give advice on include:

- Claw toes and Hammer Toe

- Foot Pain, Heel Pain and Ball of Foot Pain
- Nail Problems (Fungal, Damaged and Ingrown Toenails)
- Diabetic Foot Problems and Infections
- Biomechanical Assessment
- Foot Function Correction with tailor made Orthoses (Shoe Inserts)
- Verrucae & Warts
We treat patients of all ages from children to the elderly and are available to offer advice on all foot problems.
Osteopathy
Our Osteopaths and Physiotherapists are registered with most private Healthcare providers and offer help and treatment with various conditions such as:
- Pulled Muscles
- Golfers Elbow, Tennis Elbow and runners Knees
- Sprained and Twisted Ankles
- Sports Injuries
- Lower Arch Strain & Pain
- Upper and Lower Back Pain

Please wear clothing that is loose or comfortable to your appointment.
The first treatment will usually last approximately 45-60 minutes and then further follow up treatments will depend on the condition being treated (usually half an hour). Our Osteopaths and physiotherapists are experienced and fully qualified. The physiotherapists are registered with the HPC.
Reflexology
Our Reflexologist works on the feet to aid relaxation and help with the removal of stress. She is fully qualified and a registered member of the Association of Reflexologists. She is also qualified in Indian head Massage and Reiki.
Some patients can also find an improvement of certain conditions after a course of reflexology. These conditions can include:
- Migraine, Headache and Sinus Congestion
- Fatigue
- Muscle Aches/Pains and Joint Stiffness
- Menstrual and Hormonal Problems

Mother & Baby
The Osteopath at the clinic treats patients of all ages from babies to the elderly and has a special interest in women's health and well-being, pre-natal and post-natal care, babies and children.
Using different techniques the Osteopath deals with mother and baby conditions such as:
- Colic
- Reflux
- Constipation
- Sleeping problems
- Difficult deliveries (such as forceps birth)
- Difficulties latching on (breast feeding)
- Coughs, colds and infections (immune system)
- Glue Ear and other conditions
