Wellness Programmes

These include a combination of Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) with Yoga and Massage. The programmes are designed to support clients in making long-term and sustainable change towards a healthier way of living. They are developed based on individual needs

Susie specialises in areas such as:

  • Weight Loss

  • Stress Management

  • Body Image and Self-Esteem

Yoga

Susie offers 1-to-1 Yoga Tuition, Group Classes and Yoga Workshops.

These yoga classes include a variety of sequences of yoga postures linked together with breath and inspired by music. The breath moves the body, it generates heat, energy and cultivates deep relaxation, concentration and patience. Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes vary in depth and pace.

Classes are suitable for students of all abilities and can be adapted to suit individual needs. All the classes include breathing techniques (pranyama), bandha, modifications and relaxation.

Massage & Bodywork

Massage is a method of maintaining wellbeing & can help to ease common symptoms or pain. Massage enables clients to relax & reconnect with their bodies. This awareness promotes healing.

Holistic Massage

This is an intuitive blend of massage adapted to suit individual needs.

Benefits of Holistic Massage include:

  • Relaxation and reduction of stress

  • Release of tension

  • Improved circulation and elimination of toxins
Deep Tissue Massage

This is a progressively deeper holistic massage that works to release deep localised tensions. A specific area of the body is focused on during this massage, for example; the lower back and hips, neck and shoulders, back or legs only.

Deep Tissue Massage is particularly effective at treating:

  • Deep tension in the neck and shoulders

  • Lower back pain
