Yoga for everybody
I am a practiced yoga teacher for 17 years and I have a British Wheel of Yoga teaching diploma certificate for 2 years.
I have taught many different sizes, ages and abilities. I have been different sizes and age and have had different abilities, which has given me an insight into different approaches and skills in teaching my students.
I have worked for the city council Adult learning services, for ten years teaching 10 week courses for beginners and the students kept on coming back, so they are not so much beginners any more.
I have my own classes where people have come and have gone and regular students who are now developing and would like to teach yoga themselves.
I also teach chair yoga to mostly the mental health / disabilities and the mature students and in some cases they progress to a combination of floor and chair yoga
My classes are aimed to take control of our mind body and spiritual growth to allow ourselves to relax learn and develop yoga through the practice of controlling the breath and quietening the mind and cleansing and strengthening the body.
I have been teaching Reiki natural Healing for over ten years and i have attuned and directed many students .
I am a open channel to its development and its teachings and its healing strength and its universal connection.
Come and experience this i am available at weekends for courses and early evenings for sessions.
QUALIFICATION DETAILS
British Wheel of Yoga Teaching Diploma
Advanced certificate in Counseling level 3
Masters Degree in Reiki the Usui system of Natural Healing
Course attendance certificate in Indian Head Massage.
