I am an International Institute of Health and Holistic Therapists (IIHHT) Sports Therapist and Massage therapist, specialising in all aspects of soft tissue injury analysis, treatment and massage including long term mobility rehabilitation.
Massage has been found to reduce injuries, improve circulation, joint range-of-motion and flexibility. It can reduce many common ailments such as stress, muscle tightness, aches and pains - even anxiety and depression.
Sports massage has the same advantages but also uses specific techniques to prevent injury, eliminate pain, realign the body and relax and stretch muscles.
