I have been involved with alternative therapies since the 1960’s I have studied a wide variety and gathered a wealth of knowledge along my many paths of adventure. This has included training in Tai chi, Shiatsu-do, Chi Kung, Meditation, Yoga, Reiki, Past Life Regression Gestalt therapy and NLP and I am a qualified Sound Therapy Practitioner. A Master Reiki Teacher I am a member of the Reiki Association and the ICNM.
My main focus is working with the energetic body.I work with Crystal bowls Himalayan bowls tones overtones and percussive/grounding tools in my sound work. I also incorporate Tai chi, Chi Kung and Meditation into my self-discovery workshops.
I am available for Sound Therapy sessions Reiki sessions Sound baths as well as Sound workshops in Sevenoaks (UK) and in Turkey
Reiki
Is a form of energy healing which originates from Japan. The word Reiki translates into "life force" and "energy" A Reiki practitioner channels the divine universal energy via their crown chakra down through to their hands. The practitoner places their hands on or just above the client's body using specific "hand positions". The client usually lies on a treatment couch for the duration of the session.
