Welcome to Solo Fitness Training Systems

Solo Fitness is highly recognised in the London/Middlesex area as one of the leading personal training/professional health and fitness companies. Solo Fitness saves you time and inconvenience by bringing the gym to you. We can use your home, office, gym or nearby park to achieve maximum results.

All the necessary fitness equipment is provided by your fitness coach. Whether it be body fat reduction, weight control/management, stress relief, strength training, cardiovascular training, body toning, or training for a specific sport, our trainers are highly qualified & experienced to achieve your goals.

Fitness training/personal one on one/group training is also effective using the health and fitness studio available to all “Solo Fitness expert clients” (at no extra cost!)

Self Defence

There are many martial arts and self defence techniques throughout the world.

S.A.F.E. Defence is a unique, modern self defence system, which incorporates Ju-Jitsu, Krav Maga, Muay Thai, Boxing & Filipino Kali. With our self defence classes in Middlesex and North London you will be able to learn with our highly experienced self defence instructors.

The S.A.F.E. system uses the most effective and realistic methods from the arts above, with the added benefit of increasing your fitness levels and self confidence.

The S.A.F.E. system has been designed for men and women to learn with guidance and support from your instructor at all times. On our self defence courses you will learn what you need to know in order to survive a violent encounter, (the physical and the psychological) . Our trainers incorporate modern principles of teaching and learning in an organic, vibrant, supportive, respectful and safe environment. This system is a fantastic way of simply experiencing something different, incredibly rewarding, unbelievably empowering and great fun.

Clients on our self defence classes learn in a encouraging and supportive structure. There are no competitions or pressure to show who is better or more experienced. There is no need to have experience in martial arts, self defence or fitness to join the S.A.F.E. team. We understand the initial feelings and emotions that go through peoples minds when thinking about joining a martial arts or self defence club, because we were beginners once too. There are no untried, untested, unrealistic, flashy or hypothetical techniques involved in the S.A.F.E. System. Instead, learn truthful, direct and effective self defence skills from Instructors who have first hand experience of conflict, aggression and violence.

We recommend visiting us and watching a self defence class or part of a class here in North London and Middlesex. This will then give you an idea of how the S.A.F.E. system operates. We will then be able to discuss your options and objectives with you.

Please note: Our self defence classes and the S.A.F.E. system are currently only suitable for students 16 years or older.

Ladies Only Boxing/Kick Boxing

Our ladies only fitness classes are becoming the hottest trend instructed by David Hall and offer females the opportunity to learn fighting skills and get extremely fit all at the same time within the same class. We offer boxing, kickboxing, boxercise and bootcamp style workouts with high energy music for women looking for something different, fun, exciting and rewarding. Burn 700+ calories in every class!

Once you are a member of the team we will support you with text email and phone communication to keep your motivation, fitness and nutrition on track. Our classes utilize real Boxing techniques and conditioning exercises for all levels to achieve their fitness goals. Boxing training focuses on upper body movement and hand combinations along with specific footwork once you improve your skills and fitness levels. The Kick Boxing element introduces the legs and feet for striking also along with your hands, which can often be even more challenging and giving you even more skills to work towards improving. The Thai Boxing style is the most physically demanding of these striking disciplines as it utilizes the hands, legs, knees and elbows for striking which is extremely exciting and different for many newcomers to learn and experience. We offer everyone the chance to learn from the very beginning and work their way to become fit and conditioned without having to actually fight in a ring or prove themselves in such a competitive environment.

Women wishing to train in a safe, welcoming environment, and learn different modern aspects of fitness and skill to become stronger and leaner using weights, kettle bells and core conditioning exercises, then these classes are for you!
