Hi and welcome to Simply Reiki Light. I’m Anita, a Reiki Practioner based in Ilford and London.
My motto in life is ‘When you feel good then life feels good’ and my work, experience and skills certainly do express this!
I am passionate about well being and can confidently say from life experience of my own and from the work that I do – that balance of the mind and body in life is very important.
Reiki (pronounced ray – key meaning universal life energy) is an ancient natural therapy healing process which involves the laying/hovering of hands on the body and works on the energy centers within us called 'chakras'
Reiki promotes natural healing and alleviates problems such as relieving stress, emotional, physical and psychological problems:
- Stress, anxiety, grief, anger,
- Panic attacks, worry
- Back and other physical pains
- Pregnancy
- Controlling nerves (exams, driving test, interviews)
- Sleep problems
- Promotes spiritual growth and energy clearing – balancing chakras
- Reducing the side effects of medicine
- Cleansing the body of toxins
