SERVICES
Shropshire Counselling & Coaching practice is owned and run by me, Jane Tritton, from private rooms located in Abbey Foregate , Shrewsbury, SY2 6AH close to the town centre, convenient for Telford, Wem, Whitchurch and Market Drayton: it is on main bus routes and next to the Abbey car park.
Counselling
I am a member of both the BACP Counselling and Coaching divisions and qualified in person-centred therapy to MA standard (the highest practitioner qualification). I also hold a level 3 certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I am an NLP practitioner and I practise Life Coaching as well as Counselling.

Life is all about change and yet the idea of change can be anxiety-provoking . Understanding your ‘comfort-zone’ and learning how to challenge it allows you to embrace change and make the most of new opportunities.
Sessions are available for both short and longer term counselling and coaching. Appointments are available daytime, evenings and Saturday mornings. Please phone me if you need further information or to make an appointment.

My practice has been engaged by Shropshire Asperger's Support Group as their dedicated professional counselling resource.
