Leigh Judge is the driving force behind Shining Aura Healing. With over 10 years experience in Reiki Healing, she brings her natural empathy and intuition together with a down to earth approach in order to heal her clients at every level...mind body & soul.
Qualified in healing therapies Reiki, Theta Healing and Reflexology, Leigh also works with the Aura Camera, which is increasingly popular as it enables people to actually see their own energy field.
Leigh believes the healing is powerful and transforming, genuinely empowering people and helping them transform their lives.
Leigh also deals with Spirit Release and is happy to teach Reiki, working from a mind body spirit centre called Sanjo, based in Buckhurst Hill, Essex which is a comfortable and safe place for her clients, she is also available for events and group bookings where she can provide healing and Aura Imaging/Readings.
Reiki Healing
Reiki pronounced 'ray-key' literally translates as 'universal life force energy', which aims to improve health and enhance the quality of life. Reiki is pure energy and brings about deep relaxation, healing and increases the body's ability to heal itself.
Reiki goes to the deeper levels of a persons being, where many dis-eases have their origin. It works wherever it is needed most within the body, mind and spirit, releasing blocked energies, cleansing the body of toxins and working to create a state of balance.
Reiki complements conventional health care and will improve the results of all medical treatment, acting to reduce or eliminate pain, reduce stress and help create optimism.
Reiki is completely safe, natural and holistic method of hands on healing.
A Reiki treatment is very simple, non-intrusive and a very powerful process and affects each person in a very unique and personal way. The results are determined by the needs which are not always the obvious manifesting symptoms as the energy works at the source of the imbalance.

Reiki Classes
You do not really learn Reiki, it is more that you accept Reiki into your life. It enhances and increases your natural ability to heal and working with Reiki increases your self awareness and accelerates your spiritual growth.
To start channelling the Reiki energy you need to attend a First Degree Reiki Course where you receive four attunements, which clear and bring into alignment your healing channels.
Deep spiritual, emotional, mental and physical adjustments are set in motion for positive changes in your life which are facilitated by the attunement process to Reiki.
After the course you will be able to channel the healing energy and most importantly you will be able to work on yourself bringing a greater balance into all aspects of your life. Reiki is a wonderful tool to help develop your spiritual awareness and harmonise the bodys natural energies.
Once you have adjusted to the energies that Reiki I brings you may wish to advance your healing ability by attending a Second Degree Course which includes further attunements and the introduction to three sacred symbols and the techniques for absent healing.
Please be aware it is not essential that you do a second degree course after you have been attuned to the first degree. You should only consider going onto the second degree when it feels right for you.
The groups are small, informal and supportive. Each course includes a manual, a certificate of attainment and ongoing support.
Training for the Master/Teacher degree is done on an individual basis so is not advertised as a course.
