Welcome to Body & Soul Holistics, a ladies only spa based in Solihull.
Thank you for taking the time to visit my page. My name is Shelley and I am a single mum to three beautiful children. I have held a keen interest in complementary therapies and spirituality from an early age. Like many people I became bogged down in 'real life', suppressing my spiritual side until just after my divorce when I finally felt free to embace it. After working in Hospitality and Sales for 20 years I decided to retrain in holistic therapies, this first step into alternative healing opened up a new world for me and through my business and workshops I help to raise awareness and understanding of healing therapies.
