What is Gentle Touch Reflexology?
This beautiful treatment is so gentle it is suitable for people of all ages! Whilst you relax in the comfort of a reclining chair, I will work all areas of your feet, using oil and incorporating massage movements into the therapy, helping your body to rebalance and heal itself.
I can add aromatherapy oils, hot stone reflexology and /or chakra crystals to your treatment should you choose.
Indian Head Massage
A lovely calming treatment which begins with arm and shoulder massage before moving on to the neck, head and face. A beautifully relaxing treatment which may help to improve circulation, which can have many benefits including helping to stimulate and strengthen hair growth. Indian Head Massage may help those suffering from a wide range of conditions and may help to: relieve headaches, ease tension/anxiety, increase energy and improve sleep.
Hopi Ear Candles
A very relaxing treatment which may help those suffering from ear problems relating to colds, tinnitus, general hearing loss or travel sickness.
A specially designed hollow candle is gently inserted inside the ear, the candle is then lit and held safely in place whilst you lay back and relax. The "chimney effect" of the candle gently draws out any impurities within the ear giving the eardrum a gentle massage and helping to regulate ear pressure.
