SERVICES
I first trained in the Japanese art of healing by training as a Usui Reiki therapist. This helped me to understand my own thoughts, feelings and actions and gave me the tools to develop and to listen to my own intuition. Developing not only insight into my own issues but insight into working with others to help them to recognise and work with theirs. Following this I trained as a Japanese Hand Massage Therapist and an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) AAMET accredited therapist. Presently I am completing my studies in sound healing which has added another new dimension to my healing process and something that I can also otter others.
I am passionate about all these therapies and I never cease to be amazed with the results they produce. Our minds and bodies are under constant pressure in day to day life, but just by making some small changes you can see the results. Life doesn’t have to be complicated and we can learn the tools to develop our own particular way of living life to the full with sometimes just a little help from others!
