As well as working in my own practice, overlooking a peaceful stretch of the River Dee in the beautiful Vale of Llangollen, I facilitate personal development workshops and courses for local authorities, charities, Trade Unions and the private sector. In the past I have taught Counselling, Reflexology and Indian Head Massage for further and adult education and have worked as a counsellor for a leading Mental Health Charity, with experience in a wide range of issues including depression, grief, sexual abuse, self-harm and domestic abuse.
