KINESIOLOGY & EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE
As you can see I offer a range of therapies, but I specialise in Kinesiology, Touch for Health (both forms of Muscle Testing) and EFT simply because they are so consistently effective, and can be used to help almost any problem.
It was, in fact through Kinesiology that I regained my own health in my 40's. I was barely functioning, even though there was nothing medically wrong with me, and had got to the point where I thought that maybe I was going mad, (and I have no doubt that I had been labelled neurotic),when I came across a Kinesiologist. Since then I have never looked back, and I feel better now than ever before in my life.
The reason Kinesiology is so effective is because you are literally 'talking' to the individual body via the muscles and getting bio-feedback from the mind/body connection. In this way you can find out what is causing a problem and what the body needs to help resolve that problem. As is so often the case, the principles involved are simplicity itself, and their effectiveness is reflected in the rapid growth of Kinesiology worldwide in a very short time.
It comes as no surprise then that EFT was developed using Kinesiology. However, EFT has the added benefits that the client can use it themselves very effectively, cutting the cost of expensive therapy, only needing to see their therapist when they get 'stuck', it can be done in groups, over the telephone and on Skype! Also, both EFT and Kinesiology can be used successfully to treat animals
How can Kinesiology & EFT help you?
The list is endless. The bottom line is that if you have an unresolved problem then Kinesiology and / EFT can probably help you.
It may be a Physical Problem such as pain, a frozen shoulder, policeman's heel, an allergy, headaches, IBS etc.
Or it could be a Mental or Emotional Problem such as agoraphobia / phobias of any kind, panic attacks, trauma, PTSD, etc.
Maybe it's a Behavioural Problem such as sibling rivalry, bullying etc.
Perhaps it's a Personal Performance such as interview/ exam nerves, starting up in business, procrastinating, unable to do a double pirouette, difficulty reading and writing, (this includes dyslexia and dyspraxia).

Kinesiology & EFT for Animals
Kinesiology and EFT are so versatile that they can be used equally successfully on pets in the same way as for humans. So, if you have a pet with behavioural problems or a physical problem this is a route you might like to explore. For example I have, amongst others, successfully treated a horse that shied at plastic bags, a dog with an eye infection, and a hyperactive dog.
TRAINING & WORKSHOPS
I believe we should all have access to good health and effectvie techniques we can use daily to help ourselves, of which many are simplicity itself. Having found Kinesiology and EFT I am committed to passing on their benefits to anyone who is interested in helping themselves. To this end I run regular EFT & TFH training and workshops for practitioner and layman alike.
