Hypnotic Gastric Band - Four sessions of personalised hypnotherapy where we use imagery of inserting a gastric band whilst in the hypnotic state. Alongside this, we work together at developing new positive beliefs and behaviours enabling you to lose weight for good!
Hypno@Home - ROKtherapy offers weight loss Hypnosis at Home parties! Ditch the diets and have the support of your friends! One-to-one sessions are also available for anything from quitting smoking, to dealing with anxiety. All you need is a quiet space with enough room to be able to relax deeply.
