SPECIALISM A & PROFESSIONALISM - the key to quality therapy
Unlike many alternative therapists, who may be trained to a basic standard in a number of therapies, I consider myself to be a specialist in Reflexology and Reiki. This means I am trained to a very high standard in the techniques that have made these holistic therapies such effective healing therapies for millennia.
To be a member of The Association of Reflexologists (AOR), practitioners must meet very high standards of practice and knowledge. Many therapists offer reflexology as a therapy, but they are often not specialists in the thumb-walking techniques that target specific reflex points on the feet that stimulate the energy lines in corresponding areas of the body.
Likewise, the Reiki that I practice is born out of thorough training with top professionals. I am a fully qualified Reiki Master; which means I have completed the three main Reiki levels. Unlike some reiki practitioners who do a weekend 'crash-course' in the reiki principles and call themselves "Reiki Masters', I received my attunements over an 18 month period, giving time in-between each level for growth, reflection and to develop my intuitive healing relationship with reiki,

Stress, is the result of tension; tension is a result of our thinking and our interpretation of the events that surround our lives. Reflexology & Reiki can relax your body systems and reduce your tension by generating deep, tranquil, relaxation.
I consider myself to be a sensitive and intuitive healer and have had some incredible results with my clients, with some claiming them to be 'life-changing'. A standard treatment in either Reflexology or Reiki is £25 However, I am currently offering a substantial discount for block bookings of 4 or more treatments in either Reflexology or Reiki.
Combined Reflexology & Reiki treatments can also be done for an extra £10 per treatment.
