I first qualified in Aromatherapy in 2002 with a IIHHT Diploma. Since then I have also trained in Indian Head Massage (VTCT Diploma) and Swedish massage (VCTC Certificate) and Acupressure Seated Massage (City & Guilds Diploma).

Massage is a wonderful way to alleviate tension and fatigue. It invigorates the entire body, particularly when combined with essential oils. Massage can be used to treat a multitude of specific ailments and help to provide relief from pain. Treatment Menu
Face: This is an Ayurvedic Indian face massage. The techniques used in this therapy are so gentle and relaxing it allows a total release of tension as it works to free the tightened areas where wrinkles and lines appear. It will leave you looking and feeling rejuvenated and energised. A natural face lift!
Back, neck and shoulders: Focusing on the common tension areas of back, neck and shoulders. Carried out either seated or on a couch. With or without oil.
Back, neck, shoulders, arms, scalp and face: This is an Indian Head style massage, either with or without oil.
Full Aromatherapy Body Massage: A wonderfully relaxing, full body massage to leave you feeling rested and refreshed, using a blend of oils created especially for you. Enough oil is blended to give you a small amount to keep, allowing you to continue your aromatherapy treatment at home.
Swedish massage: This European massage technique uses a firm but gentle pressure to improve the circulation, ease muscle aches and tension, improve flexibility and create relaxation. It combines various techniques with the use of massage oils and gentle manipulations such as long, gliding strokes, kneading individual muscles, friction, vibration, and tapping of muscle tissue.
One of the primary goals of Swedish massage is to speed the venous return of unoxygenated and toxic blood from the extremities and to shorten recovery time from muscular strain by flushing the tissues of lactic acid, uric acid and other metabolic wastes, in other words to detoxify. It increases circulation without increasing heart load in order to relax muscles and improve overall circulation.
Hands and arms: An arm and hand massage to release tension and relax, improving your sense of well-being. Try a hand and arm massage to help reduce pain and improve movement for those who suffer from rheumatoid arthritis.
Feet: Starting with an aromatic foot soak and an exfoliating scrub, ending with a foot massage long to be remembered!
