About Reiki Relaxation
"I've always had a interest in how the human body works, and had a desire to train to be a physiotherapist when I was much younger. I also gave some foot, leg and back rubsto friends and family over the years and discovered later in life I was already using some massage techniques without knowing it! Training has subsequently broadened my knowledge and offered me a way to help people improve their well being both physically and mentally through massage and Usui Reiki.
It is a mission and a passion of mine to help people develop their mind and body and to go forward either through mental cleansing/uplifting of the mind and body through Reiki or through the stimulation of physical wellbeing via the massage techniques available today.

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique based on the principle that the practitioner can channel energy into the client by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the human body and restore physical and emotional well-being.
