About Ursulla
My name is Ursula Bartlett. I live in Croxley Green, Hertfordshire, and I am married with three grown up children. I am a Member of the Association of Reflexology (AOR), and also registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). I believe that alternative therapies have a significant role to play in our society, and that intergrated healthcare is the way forward.
It is essential that we take responsibility for our own well-being, and through Reflexology I can help others do this.
What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a complementary therapy,based on the discovery that there are reflex points on the feet and hands which correspond to every organ and system in the body.
The body can be divided into ten longitudinal zones, which enables the location of these reflex points to be identified
How does reflexology work?
Gently massaging and applying pressure to these reflex points brings about relaxation and promotes good physical, mental and emotional health by encouraging the boyd’s own healing porcesses, and restoring its natural balance.

It is a holistic therapy that treats the whole person, not just the prevailing symptoms. A course of treatments may help bring bring relief from a wide variety of conditions such as:
