Rainbow Healing Therapies is run by Cheshire based Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master & Forever Business Owner Janet Long.
Janet has been teaching Yoga since 2009 & Reiki since 2010 after beginning her own practice in 2004 & 2006 respectively to help combat the pressures of a stressful management job. She started to retail Forever Living Aloe products in 2014 after finding they benefited not only herself but her family.
Janet teaches private yoga classes in Timperley, Cheshire as well as gyms in Altrincham, Sale & Hale. Her private classes are kept small to enable one to one attention to her students and are therefore, particularly suitable to beginners. Scroll down for times & days of current classes.

NEW COURSE BEGINNING OCTOBER 2017
Starting on 21st October, Janet is pleased to announce she will be running her 1st BWY Foundation Course. The course runs over 10 months (1 Saturday per month 9am-4.30pm) and is a great way to explore yoga in more depth. Two or more years practice with a suitably qualified teacher is required to attend this course.
