About Us
Pat works both as a Mobile Therapist, and from her own home in Bexley, on the outskirts of London.
Pat is a professionally trained Food Sesitivity/Allergy Tester, Hypnotherapist, Hypnobirthing Consultant and Fertility Specialist.
Pat has always been interested in complementary therapies, having been successfuly treated herself by a Food Sensitivity Tester, when it was found that she had an allergy to coffee, following the birth of her daughter - this had been causing her a great deal of distress. She also received treatment from a Hypnotherapist for both a physical complaint and for a lack of confidence, after an unhappy time in her life. Both of these treatments were successful and led Pat to decide to train as a therapist herself.
Before becoming a therapist, Pat was a teacher, and then a Headteacher for 17 years in London. She has had many years experience in counselling people in both of these roles and her main interest has always been in helping people.
Pat may work with a combination of therapies, especially adapted to the client, in order to best help the client address their particular problems, or she and the client together may decide that a stand-alone treatment is the way forward. A thorough consultation will be held before deciding the most appropriate course of treatment.
