How it works
Because we recognise every business has different requirements, we take great care to ensure we provide the best tailor-made programme for you. We can therefore offer support not only with implementation, but also the planning and evaluation of your health and wellbeing strategy.

Planning

By working in consultation with you to understand and identify any health and wellbeing issues within your company, we can help define your overall objectives for the programme. In conjunction with your staff, we will then design specific workshops or seminars to meet your needs.

Implementation

As well as delivering all the individual workshop, we will work closely alongside your HR team to effectively manage your wellbeing programme launch, and ensure good employee communications throughout the process.

Evaluation

At Precious Health we believe it is extremely important to evaluate how your staff responded to our programme. As well as analysing employee feedback, we are looking to work with the ‘Institute of Work Psychology’ at Sheffield University, to help assess the long term benefits of our programmes in the workplace.

Workshops

Our workshops aim to provide not only knowledge but also practical ways to improve the health of all your staff and thus create the inspiration and motivation to make dietary and lifestyle changes.

Nutrition

Discover what a healthy diet is and how eating the right foods can enhance wellbeing and performance. Devise easy to implement personal action plans to improve concentration and energy as well as addressing a variety of health issues.

Stress Management

Learn to recognise the signs and sources of stress, as well as identifying resilience characteristics. Find practical tools to cope with the pace of modern living and successfully manage work/life balance.

Weight Management

Understand how to maintain an ideal weight, not only though diet but also by developing lifestyle and behaviour changes. Help change ‘unhelpful’ habits into ‘helpful’ ones and create coping strategies to deal with obstacles to achieving weight loss goals.

Individual Consultations

One to one sessions with nutritional therapists can provide confidential and personalised nutrition advice. An individual programme with practical advice can then be prepared to help support beneficial changes in dietary behaviour. On-line health coaching is also available if face to face appointments are impractical.

Menu Planning

As part of our overall review we can assess your organisation’s on-site eating provision to help you offer imaginative healthy options and deliver appropriate training and recipe development for in-house catering staff.

Team Building Events

In conjunction with a selection of Cookery Schools, we offer practical workshops designed to showcase quick & easy recipes for healthy eating.

Health Screening

Key biometrics such as blood pressure, body composition and blood sugar analysis can be provided with confidential on-line assessment and monitoring

Personal Dietary Analysis

An easy to understand report based on comprehensive nutritional analysis of a completed food diary compared against RNI and Optimum Nutrient Intake. The results help individuals determine how well balanced their diet really is, and provides guidance on how to correct any imbalances or deficiencies, which may impact upon health & wellbeing.

Health Awareness Days

Bespoke events offering individual health checks and key biometric tests, with dietary advice and fact sheets as well as recipes and tasters.
