Welcome to


For many years, Pro Fitness UK has been providing friendly, personal attention to its clients, helping them stay fit, active and healthy. We are here to help you reach all your health and fitness goals.



What we do

Motivate you to achieve your goals. Our Aim, Your Goal!


We Closely monitor your progress and record all changes. Initially we will come to your home and go through a health questionaire, which will include taking various measurements and filling in a lifestyle questionaire all of which will be logged onto your personal chart so we can have a visual guide of your progress, this helps us and you to work out your goals as well as being able to see results and achievements.

The measurements we take will include not only your body measurements but your heart and blood pressure, to make sure that your personalised plan is safe for your level of fitness.

A food journal will be left with you so we can find out what you really eat and drink and how we can help you to eat a more healthy and nutritious diet. Once this is established you will be given a personalised diet plan which will give you energy and make you look and feel at your best. Each 4-6 weeks you will be re-evaluated to see how far you have come! And of course you will be Personally Trained!

Training Methods

Pro Fitness UK offers a wide variety of training, either one to one for maximum impact or why not spread the cost and get some friends together and start a group but with expert help and advice?

We cater for everyone because everything we do is tailored to meet every individuals requirements from beginners, intermediate to the more advanced. This includes weight management when needed.

Kettlebells, Circuit Training, Power, Weight Training, you're sure to find a fun and challenging workout that's appropriate for your level of fitness.

Fitness Chef & Meal Planning

Food is important we all love to eat, unfortunately if we eat too much and don't exercise we become fat and we all know what happens next. At Pro Fitness UK we like to go furthur than just training you and giving you a diet to follow. We want to look at your eating habits and once established, make small changes, little ones at first, we don't want to scare you!

Over time you will see you've made changes to your eating habits and this is something the whole family can follow, we don't believe in fad diets just healthy eating and exercise that eveyone can enjoy. You'll notice the difference when you look in the mirror, you'll be slimmer and fitter and you'll feel fabulous. Your energy levels will increase and you will sleep better.

Why not book our fully trained Fitness Chef to come to your home and talk about food and diet? They can help you meal plan for the week ahead and even give cookery lessons. You could even include the children to get them interested in all the different varieties of foods there are out there. These are foods that everyone can enjoy, they are healthy and packed with vitamins.

With meal planning you cut down on waste, you save time and money.
