REIKI HEALING FOR YOU.
Reiki is a natural holistic and complimentary healing method using energy. The therapist channels energy by the laying of hands on the client. Reiki promotes the body’s natural ability to heal itself through the balancing of energy. It is a non-invasive healing energy system that touches all levels of mind, body and spirit.
It can help with many conditions including depression, lack of energy, stress, tension, and worry as well as strengthening the immune system. Reiki brings balance and harmony to the whole body and a wonderful feeling of peace and calm for the client and many people use this therapy just for relaxation.
REIKI HEALING FOR HORSES
Animals intuitively recognise and respond to Reiki healing, sometimes more quickly than people. Reiki heals at all levels of an animals being and does not cause any discomfort or pain. Used along side veterinary treatment it can accelerate the healing process, whilst easing pain and improving your horses quality of life. Reiki healing can be used to help with behavioural problems, stress, anxiety and panic in the horse as well as helping the owner to bond with a new horse and for general relaxation and well being.

REIKI ATTUNEMENTS AND TRAINING
I prefer to teach individuals on a one to one basis or very small groups to achieve a positive and maximum learning Reiki Experience!

HYPNOTHERAPY
Hypnotherapy assists the client in reaching an enhanced state of awareness and wonderful relaxation where the client feels completely in control. The Hypnotherapist is then able to assist the individual in accessing their own inner potential and resources by communicating with the subconscious. By tapping into this part of the mind it can help reprogram negative patterns of behaviour providing positive development in an individual’s lifestyle. Hypnotherapy is able to promote healing in many conditions such as stress, anxiety, panic, phobias, weight loss, and becoming a non smoker. Not only can hypnotherapy be utilised for these conditions but it can help with confidence issues and can also be used to improve things such as sports performance and pain relief during childbirth.
Hypnotherapy Session
£45 per session (at least 3 sessions required)
Please allow up to 1½ hours to include full consultation on first appointment. Subsequent sessions allow up to 50 minutes.
A course of 3 or 4 sessions is recommended depending on the reason for treatment.
EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE
Emotional Freedom Technique is a form of psychological acupressure working with the same energy meridians as acupuncture but using finger tapping instead of needles.
EFT gives rapid and long lasting relief to many conditions including phobias, stress, traumas and fears. Clients can have life changing experiences in just a few sessions.
EFT can be very quick to resolve an individuals issues so Reiki is often offered at the end of the session to relax and calm the client.

Session lasts up to 1 hour £35
Treatments can include 15 minutes of Reiki if required at
the end of the session.
Please allow up to 1½ hours for your first appointment to allow full consultation. A course of 3 sessions is recommended depending on the reason for treatment.
INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
Indian Head Massage is a therapeutic, seated massage working on the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face. This treatment is especially good to relieve stress, tension, fatigue, insomnia, headaches and migraines to name just a few. Clients are left feeling deeply calmed and relaxed. Adding the Reiki healing energy to your treatment brings balance and harmony to the whole of the body.

Please allow an extra 15 minutes to include full consultation on your first appointment. Depending on reason for treatment, it may be beneficial for you to have a course of Indian Head Massage.
Appointments:
An appointment may be made on the phone or by email.
Times for appointments are normally made between 9.30 and 2pm and from 7pm in the evening.
Payment:
Payment is made in advance prior to the session. Payment in advance is to ensure that the client is committed to their therapy and may be required for any course of treatments. This can be made by Cheque payable to S Simmons or Cash (paid at the initial meeting).
Cancellations:
I ask that any cancellations be made by phone 24 hours prior to the session.
Location:
My therapy room is based in Wootton Bassett, near Swindon, off the M4 junction 16.
