Maternity reflexology given by a qualified therapist will gently guide you through this sacred time, encouraging the energy pathways to be free flowing to help prevent or aid recovery from ailments pregnancy and childbirth may bring.
Reflexology for Post-natal Care of Mother and Baby
Following the birth, aftercare of the new mum is as important as care for your newborn and is essential to well being for both mother and baby. Therefore I recommend two or three post-natal reflexology treatments, which will help restore balance to you physically and emotionally.
