About Me

I am Sally Duffin (BSc.Nutr.Med, MHFI). I have a BSc in Nutritional Medicine from Thames Valley University and have been working in the world of health food and complementary medicine for over 10 years now.

Nutritional therapy provides diet, lifestyle and supplement advice tailored to suit your needs. The therapy programmes are intended to address the underlying causes of health problems whilst restoring your energy and sense of wellbeing.

What can nutritional therapy help with?
  • stress

  • digestive problems

  • boosting energy levels

  • hormonal imbalances

  • weight loss

  • joint health

Consultation & Food Intolerance Testing

An initial nutritional therapy consultation session lasts approximately 60-90mins. Prior to this session it is advisable for you to have completed and returned to me the Patient Questionnaire (download here). During the session a detailed medical and personal health history will be taken and we will discuss your needs. Following this session you will receive your specific diet and supplement treatment programme. A follow-up appointment is recommended, usually 6-8 weeks later to monitor your progress and make any necessary alterations to the programme. Further follow-up appointments may be required, depending on circumstances.

Food intolerance testing
Food intolerances are often a contributing factor to chronic conditions. Identifying and eliminating problem foods can help ease symptoms. I use an ELISA (enzyme linked immunosorbant assay) test which is a pin-prick blood test that checks for 59 of the most common food intolerances including wheat, dairy and gluten.
