Visiting a nutritional therapist for the first time?
In a one-to-one consultation at the clinic you will be given the time to discuss with me any health issues which are concerning you.
With my extensive knowledge in biology, anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology, I will put together a picture of what is happening inside your body. I will then explain what is happening and create a personalised plan for you to take away and work on. This will include dietary and supplemental advise with a shopping list and meal ideas.
