I also have a background in education having been a seondary school teacher and personal adviser for teenagers needing advice and guidance.
I am an active sportsman, health enthusiast, qualified and experienced sports coach and have a wealth of experience in utilising the power of the mind to maximise potential and achieve success in sport and fitness.
