Welcome to Natural Balance Therapies

Holistic massage involves treating the whole person (physiological and psychological), as well as each person individually. Massage helps to restore the body's equilibrium and maintain a steady state within the body.

Massage is the manipulation of the soft tissues of the body, particularly the muscles for the purposes of relaxation, or invigoration. It can help prevent injury, improves posture and relieves tension. The range of treatments includes sports injuries and massage, corporate on-site, holistic, Indian head massage and manual lymphatic drainage. We are situated in Hampton, Middlesex and are very accessible to most areas in Surrey.

All of the body's systems are positively affected by massage. Its earliest use stems back to 3000 BC, in China. Further evidence of earlier use has been documented by the Greeks and Romans, as well as in India.

The power of touch is considered to be a great healer.

Massage removes areas of tension naturally and helps to slow down and regulate breathing. It lowers blood pressure, improves circulation, lymphatic drainage and aids the upkeep of the body's tissues, speeding up the delivery of oxygen and nutrients and waste removal. It improves the body's natural ability to repair and renew, at cellular level. It also helps to increase immunity, joint mobility, muscular tone and posture.

Stress Management
  • Constant and long term stress can cause disease.

  • Regular massage treatment aids stress management (whether it is positive motivating stress or negative stress) by enhancing relaxation and calming the nervous system.

  • Regular massage helps to improve concentration levels and general morale.
Restoring Balance
