My name is Lisa and I am a holistic therapist based in swansea. I also produce my own bath and beauty products with natural ingredients and pure essential oils at very competitive prices. I am qaulifed to ITEC DIPLOMA standards and registered with the federation of holistic therapists and the CTHA.

I am a qaulified therapist with a diploma in holistic therapies ITEC standard and also have a diploma in anatomy and physiology and health and saftey at work. I also make essential oil products. All my products are made in my own home and have proved to be a success. They are all made with organic products and essential oils and each have their own benefits. I find holistic therapy very interesting and as i have been speaking to people i have found them to be very beneficial. I am availiable for advice on any problems you have and can recommend natural remedies.
ABOUT THE THERAPIES
Indian Head Massage is very good for a number of health conditions inculding migranes, tension headaches, eye strain, healthy hair growth, muscle aches, neck and sholder tension. Increases blood flow and lymphatic flow to the head, neck and shoulders, it also reduces blood pressure. This massage can be given with oil. Usually a rich oil like coconut oil or seet almond with essential oils such as clary sage which is a good oil for the hair. Or if you prefer the massage can be given dry.
I also will soon be training in hot and cold stone therapy,thermal auricular therapy, beauty facials, hand reflexology, lymphatic drainage massage and pregnancy massage.
I also produce soaps, bath oils,essential oil massage blends and oil burner fragrances. Pamper parties available for brides to be or just a girlie get together. £15 per person for 30 min treatments on booking of 5 or more people.
