I have been in practice as a counsellor since 1988 and am qualified in hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming and emotional freedom technique. Using a combination of techniques associated with these therapies I enable my clients to deal with their distress.
Over the years I have helped people with a wide range of problems
including addictions such as drugs, alcohol and gambling.
There are those who find their day-to-day lives adversely affected by symptoms of emotional distress such as panic attacks, anxiety and sleeping difficulties. Others are concerned that they have lost control of unwanted habits such as excessive alcohol use, addiction to pornography or gambling, or face a continual struggle with phobias and weight control.
