Sports Massage.
This is a deep tissue massage ideal to treat injuries. As well as a preventative treatment dealing with the health of muscle and connective tissue, range of movement to increase flexibility, muscle tone, symmetry of the body, balance of muscle and quality of posture.
Swedish Massage.
A Swedish massage can be slow and gentle, or vigorous and bracing depending on the clients wants or needs. This massage is quite relaxing and good to de-stress after a long day at work.
