How does Hypnotherapy work?

What are Meridian Tapping Therapies?

Thought Field Therapy, developed by Dr Roger Callahan uses the body's meridians, those used in acupuncture and acupressure, to remove perturbations, in the thought field. For example, when you think about something which is disturbing or emotionally fuelled and at the same time tap the meridian points in a certain sequence, this can alleviate or collapse the associated negative feelings, often leading to a significant shift in your feelings. This therapy uses specific algorithms to treat different problems.
