My Services
Here are just some of the mobile services that I can provide which are covered by public liability insurance.
My services include a free 30 minute consultation period either face to face or on the phone, though in order to obtain this consulation there is a small booking fee of five pounds, payable via the website. A more detailed explanation of my area of experience together with a comprehensive FAQ section is also displayed on the website.

The main exception that cannot be addressed is the existence of any known psychiatric illness, as we personally consider it to be unethical, to offer treatment under these circumstances. Likewise clients under the influence of drink or drugs cannot expect the practitioner to provide a mutually satisfactory service.
Unlike counselling an NLP practitioner session can be content free so that the client need not reveal the source of their problems. Our clients have total control over how often they need to see us in the role of practitioner/coach and the sessions may be scheduled to suit each particular clients requirements in terms of frequency.
Mental Clarity Coaching offers its clients individually tailored sessions that are focused upon the clients own realistically achievable aspirations. Additionally there is the opportunity to provide problem solving using the core principles of NLP in order to help people examine a different method of self perception and evaluation.

I am Tim Metcalfe trading as MENTAL CLARITY and I am a mobile, qualified NLP Life Coaching and Therapy practitioner operating across East Berkshire and North West Surrey. I can confirm that I am a registered practitioner as I have graduate membership of INLPTA which is one of the regulatory NLP associations and my current entry is listed in their public register which also confirms that I have public liability insurance.
I do consider it to be essential to have a 30 minute consultation with each of my clients in order to assess potiential difficulties and this service is bookable via the website. At this point I can confirm that there are no hidden costs in repect of travelling as all of my fees are as stated and that these are guaranteed to remain at their present level until June 2012. Generally these consultations will take place on a face to face basis though specifically for Life Coaching, without therapy, it is possible to conduct this over the phone, though the booking terms of paying the nominal £5.00 fee still applies, in order to prevent hoax callers.
My Hours of Service
Monday to Friday 10:00-22:00.
Saturday and Sunday 12:00-16:00.
Under exceptional circumstances, I may be able to provide assistance to any established client, outside of these times of availability.
As a registered INLPTA Practitioner, I give a guarantee of client confidentiality, which is extended by my status as a Data Controller, registration number PZ2638858, under the terms and conditions of The Data Protection Act 1998.
